María Victoria Sánchez

She is an English/Spanish Translator, a Teacher of English and she also holds a degree in English Literature from the School of Languages, National University of Córdoba.

Julieta Gómez Laterra

She is a lawyer graduated from the National University of Córdoba (professional license N° 1.36746). She has wide experience in exercising her profession in the city of Córdoba, Argentina

Family Issues

We offer counselling in all related to the legal issues a family may face, for example, divorces, divorce decrees, marriage certificates, birth certificates, declarations of heirship, among others.

Civil, Commercial and Inheritance Procedures

We aim at assisting and providing solutions for the multiple scenarios that may come up in civil or commercial matters either for people living in Argentina or abroad, for example, contracts, buying and selling of personal and real estate property, partnership agreements, establishment of branches, wills, among others.

Those annoying procedures

We offer the solution to those procedures that you need to carry out in Argentina, such as certification of public documents and degrees, certificates of studies, legalizations, apostilles, among others.

Translations

Public

A legal translation is a document certified by the Association of Public Translators. They are official in nature and are certified by the seal and signature of a sworn translator. These documents can be later on presented to any public institution.

Private

They are translations that will not be presented to any official authority as they have other ends such as commercial, personal, touristic, educational, among others. For example, contracts, brochures, web pages, books, book chapters, scientific papers and CVs are examples of private documents that can be translated too.
